There are a lot of things I wanna do in the future… Some of them are childish, some are naive, and some are…how should I put it? Maybe ‘nearly impossible’ is the correct word to describe them. Nonetheless, I’ve decided to write a bit about those wishes, just in case if I forget about it in the future.
Realistic wishes:
-I want to master Japanese language. Chinese too, if I have the interest later on. It’s been a long time since I last studied Chinese.
-Master Chemistry as soon as possible, and win the Chemistry OSN
-Improve my english speaking skill. I wish I could speak like the way Esther does. She’s perfect! =)
-Get into NTU or NUS after I graduate. Singapore is my birthplace, and I feel familiar and comfortable in that small country.
-Be adept at writing in English, maybe? The time I took to compose most of my writings are too long so far.
Dreams yet to come true – I wish they will soon:
- Join the IChO and win a medal
- Make my parents proud and happy. They have given me everything that I need, and almost everything I wanted. I’m greatly thankful for them, and I promise I will repay them.
- Be rich. For what? For myself, my parents, and others.
Things I wish I could do:
- Invent an inexpensive chemical that can degenerates most wastes into fertilizers.
- Help the poor. How? I still don’t know about it. I hope I will do it when I got the ability and chance.
- Be useful to the world
Things I know I should do, but haven’t done yet:
- Read newspaper everyday
- Study about business
- Completely surrender myself to God
